The Problem
What we walked into.
- 'Book Appointment' opened a phone dialler, which loses anyone browsing outside business hours or unwilling to call a salon cold.
- The site had no Google Business Profile optimisation despite being a premium, review-driven category where the map pack decides most bookings.
- Bridal and grooming were treated as one undifferentiated service, when they are searched, and priced, completely differently.
The Approach
What was actually shipped.
Replace the phone dialler
A structured enquiry and appointment-request flow was added for bridal and grooming separately, keeping the phone option for anyone who still prefers to call.
Win the map pack
Google Business Profile was rebuilt with correct categories, service menus and the portfolio photography the salon already had, optimised for 'salon in Kottayam' and bridal-specific searches.
Split bridal from grooming
Bridal makeup and grooming got separate, distinctly targeted pages, matching the very different searches and price expectations behind each.
