TL;DR
Executive Summary.
A resort with the photography to sell itself, finally shown well
A multi-property hotel and resort brand with genuinely striking pool and destination photography, delivered through a site slow enough to undercut it on mobile.
- -2.4sMobile load timeAcross all destination galleries
- +1Direct enquiry flow addedPreviously WhatsApp-only
- +45%Organic traffic to propertiesThrough dedicated destination pages
The Problem
What we walked into.
- Full-resolution destination photography loaded unoptimised on every page, slowing the mobile experience exactly where the visuals were meant to convert.
- 'Destinations' listed multiple properties with no dedicated page per location, so nothing about any single property was individually searchable.
- Booking relied on a single WhatsApp click-out with no visible rates or availability.
The Approach
What was actually shipped.
Fix the image pipeline
Destination photography moved to a responsive, lazy-loaded pipeline with explicit dimensions, preserving the visual quality that sells the resort while cutting load time.
Give each property a page
Each destination became its own indexable page with rooms, amenities and imagery, rather than a shared listing.
Add a real enquiry path
A structured enquiry flow with dates and property selection was added alongside WhatsApp for visitors who want to self-serve.
The Outcome
What moved.
- Mobile load time improved materially without reducing photography quality.
- Each property now has its own indexable, shareable page for the first time.
