The Problem

What we walked into.

  • Service pages were a single combined page listing every language pair, so nothing could rank for a specific document or language term.
  • NAP details differed across the site, the Google Business Profile and thirty regional directories, weakening local relevance.
  • The site was English-only despite a substantial share of searches being in Arabic.

The Approach

What was actually shipped.

  1. One page per service, per intent

The combined page was split into distinct services — legal, certified, embassy attestation, and per-language pages — each mapped to how clients actually search, with the old URL redirected.

  2. Fix the local foundation

NAP data was corrected everywhere it appeared, the Google Business Profile was rebuilt with services and categories, and a review request was added to the document handover process.

  3. Serve Arabic properly

Arabic and English were given clean locale routes with reciprocal hreflang and an x-default, and RTL was handled in layout rather than a stylesheet override.

  4. Structured data for a licensed service

LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage schema shipped across the site, including licence and accreditation details that matter in this category.

The Outcome

What moved.

  • Non-brand organic sessions rose 247% over nine months, with the steepest movement once per-language pages were indexed.
  • 31 commercial keywords reached the top three, including several document-specific terms with high intent and low competition.
  • Calls from the Google Business Profile rose 189%, and Arabic pages began ranking for Arabic queries within six weeks of the hreflang fix.
